About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at WIN Auto Glass & Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Event Planning: Organize conferences, meetings, and other events, taking into account the needs and preferences of all stakeholders.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that the documents are accurate and complete.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
