Job Summary

Mycana Immigration Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is critical in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Relay messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including filing and sorting documents, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
