Job Title: Office Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team at Mycana Immigration Consultants Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Support Services: Participate in programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
Work Environment:

Our office is a dynamic and inclusive environment that values diversity and teamwork. We offer a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week.
