Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs, including client information and office activities.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Language: English (fluency required).
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
