Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team at Mycana Immigration Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and office supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked office
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an administrative role an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
