Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Recruiter Coordinator to join our team at Valor Intelligent Processing. This role is critical in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new candidates, guiding them through the recruitment life-cycle, and developing expertise in process-driven recruitment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Traveling off-site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs
  • Collaborating with the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations on new advertising channels, employee referral contests, and open house events
  • Conducting criminal background checks and drug screens
  • Performing various administrative tasks to support hiring quality candidates in a timely manner
  • Completing daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
  • Maintaining employment records for future reference

  • Previous call center or HR/recruitment experience preferred but not necessary
