About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at MCI, LC. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to final hire. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Sources and attracts top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conducts initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinates logistics for interviews and assessments, as needed
  • Presents job offers and negotiates employment terms with selected candidates
  • Onboards new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring efforts
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
