Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Western Overseas Immigration. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 35 hours of work per week.

Work Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish priorities and implement processes to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks for the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate office administrative procedures and oversee daily operations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for the office.
