Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates: Utilize various recruitment strategies to find and engage with potential candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required for our open positions.
  • Negotiate job offers: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers that meet our organizational needs while ensuring fairness and equity in the hiring process.
  • Manage the hiring process: Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree: In human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years: Of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Candidates should be willing to learn: New programs, processes, and technology.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
