Business Operations Coordinator for Corporate Services

Pizza Hut is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join its corporate services team.
Job OverviewThe Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, etc., and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. This role also involves determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, workshops, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure organized documentation.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks as required to support business operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35-40 hours per week.
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include access to training and development opportunities, competitive paid time off, and comprehensive health and wellness programs.
