Welcome to Fortune Brands, a leading innovation company dedicated to transforming spaces into havens. We're seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Manitoba, Atlantic Maritimes, and Ontario territory.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with distributors, dealers, and builders, developing business plans and targets for market and channel growth. You'll be responsible for owning existing customer relationships, while spending most of your time establishing new connections and converting them into loyal clients.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of direct sales experience in the building products industry, with a proven track record of success in calling on distributors, dealers, and contractors. Excellent communication skills are essential, including written, one-on-one, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $81K-$110K, with a bonus/commission opportunity based on your territory's performance. This remote position is based in the Toronto area, offering a unique blend of flexibility and autonomy. This position involves representing Fypon and Larson, two of our portfolio brands, and collaborating with RM's on establishing market pricing and communicating field and quality issues.
