Territory Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced clinical sales professional to join our team as a Territory Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinical and industrial markets in the Rapid Diagnostics Division of Abbott Laboratories.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales cycles from lead generation to close.
- Develop new business opportunities resulting in positive revenue growth.
- Operate at the highest level with customer service and account maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers on product line technical issues.
- Support colleagues with learning and development opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in medical diagnostics sales. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, thorough knowledge of healthcare diagnostics, POC market, and microbiology. Demonstrated territory management skills and valid driver's license are also essential. Additionally, you must be able to work independently under pressure and possess excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Travel is required approximately 40% of the time.
