We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Packaging Solutions Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships with clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales of packaging materials and consumables within your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams to develop winning customer solutions and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities, engage with existing customers, and lead all aspects of the sales process.
  2. Territory Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently follow up with prospective clients, and regularly visit customer and prospect sites.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Communication and Activity Goals: Regularly meet communication and activity goals aligned with our strategic plan, log all sales activities, and stay informed on client status.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including engaging and communicating effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated skill in communicating product benefits and leveraging competitive advantages.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle, including closing deals over the phone, and exceptional communication skills.
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance-based incentives.
