Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Bilingual Source is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for specific assigned territories across Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a clean driving record and be comfortable with frequent travel (approximately 90% of your time) to meet with clients and partners.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Plus commission and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities for specific assigned territories
  • Work closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential
  • Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas
  • Negotiate and implement agreements with clients and partners
  • Prepare reports for management and customers
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
