As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, identifying their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.

With a focus on sales and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for creating relationships with customers, discussing and educating them on current lender requirements, and conducting sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval rates
  • Creating relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings
  • Discussing and educating customers on current lender requirements
  • Conducting sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Opportunity to increase sales volume
  • Monitoring DealerTrack for leads
  • Scheduling appointments with customers
  • Consulting financial institutions to obtain funding options
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
  • Demonstrating vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
  • FOLLOWING ALL OMVIC & MVDA REGULATIONS

Requirements:

  • The A's – Aggressive, Assertive, and Ambitious
  • HUNGER – We don't want average, we want go-getters
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Technically savvy
