Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Just Sales Jobs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting concrete flooring solutions to large general contractors throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario.
About the Role:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors and small to medium-sized businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prospecting and lead generation.
- Sales calls and presentations.
- Proposal development and submission.
- Contract negotiation and administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales selling to contractors.
- Strong knowledge of the concrete flooring solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
