Automotive Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- A valid G driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for sales and business development.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
