What You'll Be Doing:
  • Working with customers to identify their needs and preferences
  • Building relationships with customers through phone consults and in-person meetings
  • Discussing and educating customers on current lender requirements
  • Conducting sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Monitoring DealerTrack for leads and scheduling appointments with customers
  • Consulting financial institutions to obtain funding options
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
