Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Family Tire Limited.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing information, and explaining services offered. You will also be required to maintain records, receive payments, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer written and oral inquiries from customers
- Provide accurate information about services and products offered
- Explain costs associated with services and issue receipts
- Maintain detailed records and statistics of customer interactions
- Process payments and resolve any related issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient in using computer software, including MS Outlook and Windows, as well as possess strong interpersonal skills.
