About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tire Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Continental.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a defined territory of commercial tire customers in Ontario and Manitoba.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will work closely with our dealers, national accounts, and internal stakeholders to provide market intelligence, conduct product training, and ensure effective inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

− Developing and maintaining sales activity within assigned territory

− Achieving assigned sales targets and managing key accounts

− Providing product training and market intelligence to dealers and internal stakeholders

− Identifying new business opportunities and executing sales strategies

− Managing inventory and production planning to meet sales targets

− Resolving operational and administrative issues with key accounts

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

− A bachelor's degree and 1+ years of related experience or 3+ years of experience if no degree

− Field sales experience in the tire industry

− Valid driver's license and passport

− Ability to travel 40-50% of the time

− Legal authorization to work in Canada
