The Role

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, with 10+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales. You'll be responsible for growing Voiceflow's Enterprise ARR by partnering with and selling into large enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with internal teams like Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to land and expand potential deals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience in the Conversational AI space, and a strong background working with and selling highly technical software products. You'll be passionate about sales, technology, and people, with a self-driven and motivated approach to improving yourself and your processes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to implementation hand-off, with a focus on large enterprise customers worldwide.
  • Be an expert in Voiceflow's product and technology, able to determine how and why our product is a fit for potential customers.
  • Build a sales pipeline, working in collaboration with our BDRs and Marketing team to ensure we're speaking to the right people at the right companies.
  • Negotiate large (6-figure) annual and multi-year software contracts with executive stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $130,000 CAD and an estimated OTE of $240,000 - $260,000 CAD.

Our Process
  • Application review by a human, with a response within a week.
  • Initial interview with Marianna Adamian, our Head of Sales, to discuss your background and the Sr. Enterprise AE role.
  • 2nd interview with Sam Burns, our Head of Marketing, to get to know each other better and dig into what you're looking to do and how that lines up with what we need.
  • Presentation and panel interview with 2-3 members of our team, where you'll present a short presentation and have an opportunity to ask questions.
