We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Office Sales Professional to join our team in Burlington, ON. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling the entire range of Source Office Furniture & Systems Ltd. products through a consultative approach.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales
    • Sell the entire range of Source Office Furniture & Systems Ltd. products through a consultative approach in our vast showroom environment.
    • Assist all customers, whether walk-in, phone-in or via email, determining their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
    • Create and present a proposed layout of the customer's space reflecting the product based on specific measurements using a CAD program to provide a 2D and/or 3D visual.
    • Provide product quotes as required.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Complete all work orders, invoices, quotes, and all other necessary paperwork related to each sale.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Can build rapport with a wide range of customers through open communication
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • 2-3 years of retail experience; office furniture or an industry that requires consultative selling is an asset
  • Driven to close the sale; can show a proven sales track record and ability to follow up with customers by phone and email

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, day shifts.
