Senior Hospitality Manager

Parker Rooftop seeks a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our rooftop dining venue.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality service and driving results in a fast-paced environment. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing restaurant staff, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing efficient processes to meet work schedules.
Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service, ensure seamless food and beverage delivery, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for training staff, requisitioning supplies, and preparing budget estimates.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Implement effective inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintain records of sales, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance and sales trends
To succeed as our Restaurant Supervisor, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits including:

This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
