**General Manager - Food and Beverage Outlets Opportunity at Accor Hotels**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the Jetside Lounge, Globe@YVR, In Room Dining and Banquet operations at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the hotel's Venues by overseeing day-to-day operations, developing training programs on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the overall growth of the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with Jetside, Globe@YVR, In Room Dining and Banquets to execute flawless operation
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure a positive and motivating work environment and a guest-centric mindset
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to empower and support colleagues to resolve guest issues promptly
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability, while collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and social events

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within a luxury restaurant or hotel setting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving financial targets
  • Strong understanding of LQA standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
