Client Care Coordinator Opportunity

Location: Calgary, AB

VCA Canada is seeking a part-time Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Country Hills Animal Hospital. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients and their pets feel welcome and appreciated.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment for pets and their owners
  • Ability to effectively manage a multiline phone system and schedule appointments
  • Responsibilities include admitting and discharging pet patients, invoicing and billing, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • A Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) program certificate is an asset
  • General housekeeping duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of reception areas, pet holding areas, and common spaces
  • Willingness to learn and assist the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
  • A love for all companion animals
