Overnight Veterinary Reception and Client Care Opportunity

Calgary Animal Referral & Emergency Centre is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our overnight team as a Veterinary Receptionist and Client Care Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a veterinary clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to pet owners and their animals
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and client communication
  • Assist with medical procedures and provide basic care to animals as needed
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with rotating overnight shifts
