Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Strong skills with technology, including CRM tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic team player with a focus on high-level client service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
  • Highly organized and strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to work shifts in the EST time zone and pass a criminal background check
