About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Business Development to join our team at Leon Cycle. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee sales teams and sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Lead and direct the development of sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service, to support the full lifecycle of partnerships.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure sales performance.
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers to drive business growth and awareness.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, account management, franchise, or business development within the sports, sporting, consumer goods, or e-mobility segment.
  • Proven business development acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Entrepreneurial capacity to work collaboratively across teams to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
