Restaurant Manager Job Description

Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost control and revenue forecasting.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, including social media, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and controlling inventory levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including training staff and implementing safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in budget management, staff management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
