Restaurant Operations Manager

At Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, set schedules, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and implement efficient supply chain management practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales, promote the restaurant's brand, and attract new customers.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in budgeting, financial management, and staff management
