Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dami Sushi Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Identify, recruit, and train high-quality staff to ensure that our restaurant has the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times, while also considering the needs of our staff.
- Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, including procedures for customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing of goods.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals on food and other supplies.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
