Restaurant Operations Manager

Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
