Restaurant Operations Manager

At Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for analyzing our budget to identify areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures to boost our profits. They will also develop and manage our budget to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
Staff ManagementThe Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, setting staff work schedules, and determining the type of services to be offered. They will also be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensuring that our staff are trained to provide excellent customer service.
Inventory ManagementThe Restaurant Manager will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. They will also be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Marketing and PromotionThe Restaurant Manager will be responsible for participating in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and finances. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
