We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dami Sushi Japanese Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs.
- Service Delivery
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Business Development
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
