Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and terms for our business.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
