Administrative Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Dr. S. Bhui Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, and we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, interviewing patients to obtain case histories, and opening and distributing incoming mail and other materials. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, train staff in procedures and software use, complete insurance forms, maintain filing systems, order supplies, and establish office procedures and routines.

You will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail. This role involves working with confidential medical files and records, performing data entry, and providing customer service. If you have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows. A criminal record check will be required. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
