Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient/resident status and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct nursing interventions and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patient/resident progress, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Document patient/resident information and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Current registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work, as well as meet deadlines
