Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to provide confidential executive and administrative support to a member of our Senior Executive Team (SET). The successful candidate will coordinate administrative support functions and flow of information, triage sensitive and confidential information, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support that respects confidentiality and ensures professional handling of matters.
* Facilitate effective triaging of correspondence, determining appropriate action, and timely follow-up as required.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and forums, including well-defined agendas, notifications, and preparation of materials.
* Maintain a consistently updated and accurate appointment schedule for the SET member and direct reports, resolving time conflicts and notifying relevant parties.
* Produce well-designed and accurate reports, minutes, correspondence, presentation materials, spreadsheets, and memos, maintaining computer databases and web pages.
* Represent the interests of the SET member in administrative matters using strong communication and persuasion abilities.

Qualifications
* Graduation from a recognized executive assistant post-secondary diploma program plus five to seven years' experience supporting senior executives or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, desktop publishing, and database software skills with typing speed of at least 60 w.p.m.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
