Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kuber Enterprise Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Kitchen Operations: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We require attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills.
