Job Summary

EKE Food Service INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
    • Conduct performance reviews to ensure financial goals are met
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members in various areas of responsibility
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • Experience in the food service industry is an asset
  • Certifications
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Food Safety Certificate
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
