Regional Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the sale of Wirtgen Group Aggregate Equipment and other associated manufacturer's lines.
This position specializes in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within a designated sales territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotion strategies for the territory
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, including sales activity, customer engagement, and pipeline development
**Requirements:**
- Proven sales industry experience with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic
