About the Role

As a Regional Manager, Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies for assigned regions, prioritizing sales efforts, creating relationships with vendors, identifying new client and product opportunities, and ensuring the sales team capitalizes on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales strategies for assigned regions, prioritizing sales efforts and creating relationships with vendors.
  • Identify new client and product opportunities and ensure the sales team capitalizes on growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales team performance for assigned regions, ensuring sales are on track with targets and making proactive course corrections to limit risks of shortfall.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on monthly and annual operational budgets and sales forecasts for assigned regions, ensuring branches achieve all financial targets.
  • Direct, mentor, and supervise staff, participating in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and evaluation of employees.
  • Ensure assigned branches are compliant with all applicable health, safety, and environment standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Oversee assigned branches to optimize business processes and ensure efficient and timely customer service.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Sales and Operations, who possesses strong project management skills, leadership skills, and excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritizing skills.

Requirements
  • Ability to work out of either Kelowna, Kamloops, or Vernon.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • 7+ years of management and leadership experience.
  • Experience developing sales strategies to increase profits and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong financial background and the ability to communicate results using tools such as EBITDA.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Progressive leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate.
  • Strong strategic-thinking skills to make a huge impact on the business.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing people, materials, and schedules.
  • Ability to organize effectively and delegate responsibilities.
