Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their computer systems and network are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct thorough analysis of customer problems and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues
* Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Environment:

* Temporary position
* 30 to 40 hours per week
* English language required
