Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Remarcable Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, assisting with the integration of our cloud-based platform with various contractors and suppliers in the distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in integrating Remarcable with various contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Set up and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations.
  • Interact and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Gain an understanding of common distribution ERP and accounting systems to assist in client integrations and support.
  • Update and improve integrations with existing trading partners.
  • Monitor daily electronic information exchange and alert team of issues.
  • Create/edit technical documentation for client use.
Requirements:
  • Experience with electronic integrations between different software and database systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT degree.
  • Experience in the construction or distribution industries would be an asset.
