Job Summary:

Quicktech is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team of talented technicians in Vancouver. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt, educated, and courteous support to resolve clients' technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in computer network management
  • Microsoft and/or industry certifications preferred
  • Experience in managing end-client networks preferred
  • Previous MSP experience preferred
  • Azure administration experience preferred
  • AWS administration experience preferred
  • PowerShell/scripting experience an asset
