As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, assisting with the integration of our cloud-based platform with various contractors and suppliers in the distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in integrating Remarcable with various contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth data flow.
- Set up and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations.
- Interact and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Gain an understanding of common distribution ERP and accounting systems to assist in client integrations and support.
- Update and improve integrations with existing trading partners.
- Monitor daily electronic information exchange and alert team of issues.
- Create/edit technical documentation for client use.
- Experience with electronic integrations between different software and database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT degree.
- Experience in the construction or distribution industries would be an asset.
