Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) bilingue pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client réputé situé à LaSalle.

Responsabilités:

- Accueillir et assister les clients et visiteurs en anglais et en français.
- Répondre et diriger les appels téléphoniques, les courriels et les demandes de manière efficace.
- Gérer la réception, en veillant à ce qu'elle soit propre et présentable.
- Planifier les rendez-vous et gérer les calendriers.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers et bases de données du bureau.
- Assister dans les tâches administratives générales selon les besoins.

Qualifications:

- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise.
- Expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle de service à la clientèle.
- Compétences avancées dans la Suite Microsoft Office et les équipements de bureau.
- Capacités organisationnelles et de multitâche solides.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à maintenir un comportement professionnel et accueillant en tout temps.
