Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Anjou. This permanent position involves welcoming visitors and directing phone calls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for filing and scanning documents, as well as performing other clerical tasks as needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail and professionalism. If you have similar experience of 2 years and are bilingual in French and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, we encourage you to apply.

This is a Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage of $21 to $23. You will also enjoy 2 weeks of vacation, with 3 weeks after one year. Group insurance benefits and an immediate start date are also offered.
