About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sun Porch Homes Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
  • Develop Office Procedures: Establish and implement efficient office routines, procedures, and protocols to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Arrange and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
