Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quality Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including planning, organizing, and executing events and meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
